At Andrea Ghedina’s small, welcoming pastry shop in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the irresistible aroma and wide selection of freshly baked biscuits, pastries and artisan cakes delight first your sense of smell, then your eyes.

Since 1985, Andrea, with the invaluable help of his sister Emanuela, has been making traditional desserts and creating delicious combinations of creams, fruit, and crisp or soft pastry.

Pasticceria Ghedina’s strength lies in carefully selected ingredients, always exceptionally fresh and of the highest quality, with a preference for seasonal fruit and without preservatives or artificial colourings.
